We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to complete our operation team. While coordinating a work team, this person will work closely with sales force and warehouse staff to ensure the best customer service possible at the same time as applying Ceratec's politics and procedures.
Summary of tasks:
■Head up the customer service side of operations in Winnipeg:
◦Be the first go to person for customer services issues (stock or returns);
◦Work with and support central order desk as required;
◦Train all customer service people on Trend and day to day tasks;
◦Address and resolve issues related to customer service;
◦Supervise and work with customer service team and encourage their development, in collaboration with your supervisor;
◦Ensure the work area is well organized;
◦Assist in the showroom when required.
■Be the first contact point for sales reps with concerns around stock issues.
■Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to ensure all orders are being handled correctly, and customer service and warehouse team follow through with orders as required.
■Participate to local human resources issues, such as, hiring, performance and disciplinary management, terminations, or conflict resolution;
■Ensure everything runs smoothly when Senior Managers are away;
■Will see additional tasks in the future as the person, as well as, Ceratec West grow and our business changes.
Requirements:
■3 to 5 years of experience in team supervision;
■Experience in flooring industry would be a strong asset;
■College diploma in a related area;
■Excellent leadership and team spirit;
■Computer experience, a must have. Experience with computerized inventory system such as Nx Trend, SHINS, SAP, JD Edwards, DANCIK, AS400, would be considered a great asset;
■Other computer experience required are: Windows, MSOffice, Outlook;
■Great polished and friendly attitude, leadership skills and initiative are keys to become successful in this position;
■Capacity to work under pressure;
■Attention to details.
