1. Basic product knowledge. 2. Excellent customer management skills (especially dealing with upset or angry customers). 3. Service sales skills. 4. Superior communication skills in person, in writing, and over the phone – ability to assist the customer in expressing all service needs and writing down those needs in a way that is acceptable to the customer and understandable to the Technicians. 5. Basic business math skills. 6. High School Diploma ; University Degree preferred 7. At least 3 years experience in the same capacity.
