Our client, a growing Winnipeg company, currently requires an Office Manager join their team. The successful Office Manager will be reporting to the President of the company. The Responsibilities of the Office Manager will include, but not be limited to, full processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing payroll to Ceridian, posting monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations. Other responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the day to day operations of the business and preparing the staff for various tradeshows overseas.
As the successful Office Manager you will have an accounting degree\diploma and or have an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in an Office Manager role. You are an excellent communicator, have the ability to handle multiple tasks and have proven leadership skills. You must be highly organized and although you like to have your own responsibilities, you are willing to dive in where needed. Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software would be considered an asset, but not required.
