River East, an accredited 120 suite personal care home, is seeking an Assistant Director of Care, to provide nursing leadership to our dedicated team and ensure the provision of care and services are in line with our mission, vision and values of Elder centered care. The successful candidate will have a passion for the elderly, strong communication and team building skills and the drive to make a difference in our Elders lives.
The candidate must be registed and in good standing with the CRNM
Previous leadership experience
Knowledge of long term care and it's principles
