我今年9月来曼尼托巴大学读硕士。学校要我寄final transcript,degree,and graduation certificate.These documents and the English translations must be attested by the Dean's office in a sealed and endorsed envelope.其中degree and graduation certificates 是要学士学位证和毕业证原件还是复印件？可不可以给复印件，和翻译件一起，两个都叫学校盖章，封在一个盖好章的信封里？
