关于移民结婚

体检完有一个月了,现在正等待拿护照.现在还没有消息,但是听说4月底好象会有新的一批,不知能否赶上?
不知道大家清不清楚新移民到达Brandon后要多久才能回国结婚呢?是否需要一定要工作过交税了才能申请回国呢?我听说要等上一年才可以申请回国结婚的,不知道这是否是真实的?
想象中两地分隔有点惆怅

因为之前听说的要有一年的税额才行哦,还有没有人知道这方面的事情啊?

移民局没有权利要求你什么时候能不能结婚的啊，这都是你自己的选择～但是要是你没有变移民前结了的话，要通知移民局，还要一段时间审理你老公（老婆），要是你变移民了，什么时候结婚是你的自由，有没有钱都一样的结。但是你老公（婆）在国内可能还要担保他（她）过来呢，那个有点难度，我不知道怎么办，不过听说挺快，半年就什么都下来了～

怎样才能担保呢?我有亲戚在加拿大,他们可以做担保人吗?还是要在国内找?

当然是结婚后你担保他（她）啊，上cic的网站慢慢看，等移民了就差不多了～别说，我刚才浏览了一眼，还好象真有收入要求啊～

LZ, 你可以移民下来后回国结婚, 然后给你LG发邀请, 让他来加拿大就可以了. 他到了加拿大, 找到工作就可以申请WORK PERMIT了, 因为你是移民, 就不需要HSDC NUMBER的. 然后他自己申请移民就好了. 如果你很着急他过来的话.

刚才上去CIC网站看了,但是没看到有说担保配偶(收入要求)的资料啊,你能不能给我个链接网址看看啊?感激万分!!!!!!!

When you sponsor a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or dependent children to become permanent residents of Canada, you must promise to support them financially. Therefore, you have to meet certain income requirements. If you have previously sponsored relatives to come to Canada and they have later turned to the government for financial assistance, you may not be allowed to sponsor another person. Sponsorship is a big commitment, so you must take this obligation seriously.

To be a sponsor:

You and the sponsored relative must sign a sponsorship agreement that commits you to provide financial support for your relative, if necessary. This agreement also says the person becoming a permanent resident will make every effort to support her or himself.
You must provide financial support for a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner for three years from the date they become a permanent resident.
You must provide financial support for a dependent child for 10 years, or until the child turns 25, whichever comes first.

Now i know is i have to sponsor him to come to Canada, i must have found job and get my income. then i have to look through this website to see what is the minium income that i should have inorder to have the right as a sponsor.

Is there any related website where i can find more information?
