Seasonal Agriculture Farm Equipment Operator (Seeding & Harvest)

| Terms of Employment: Full time seasonal worker |
| Compensation: $12.95.00 to $15.00 Hourly as full time plus extra hours based on experience |
| Anticipated Start Date: May 01, 2014 |
| Seeding and Harvest crew positions for the 2014 season. Duties may include general farm work, equipment operation and maintenance for large farm. Option for working during seeding and harvest both. |

| Skills and Qualifications: |
| - Oral communication, working with others, job task planning and organizing |
| - Drive manual transmission vehicle , operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, include combine, fertilizer equipment, farm truck, planting equipment, seed drill, swather, tillage equipment, tractor, Lift truck, auger etc.. |
| - Write daily basic progress reports |
| - Valid driver's licence |
| - Harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, plant and cultivate crops |
| - Speak English, Read English, Write English |

| Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: |
| - Combination of sitting, standing, walking |
| - Hot, dusty, noisy, wet/damp, at heights, outdoors |
| - Handling heavy loads more than 45 kg (100 lbs) |
