请求帮助，关于填写移民申请表格的问题

各位大侠：
      帮我个忙， 面一段话是"Application for permanent residence in canada"表格中的一段话，

      下面是三列，用于填写家庭成员信息。
      我想请大家帮忙的是，我不明白上面的common-law partner什么意思？我在这里需不需要除了我配偶和孩子的信息，还应该填写我父母的信息？？最重要的是我父母的信息在这里是不是需要填写。

common-law partner  是没有办理过手续的 spouse,   国内的称呼叫 --- 非法同居,  spouse 是办了手续之后的 common-law partner,  国内的称呼叫 --- 合法夫妻 . 由于你只能有一个配偶, 所以如果你填了 common-law partner 你就不能填 spouse,  如果你填了 spouse 你就不能填 common-law partner.

# L% O) L, w. S1 ?+ Y4 n$ A) W
, ?: f) G! n" {6 w2 h1.  你的配偶
, K# u* ^7 q2 }& D. Z2.  你的父母兄弟姐妹
) W% s$ J) c6 D! f3.  你和你配偶的孩子
0 Q# d) n$ c6 D3 j) |9 I4.  如果你或你配偶有一方是再婚, 则以前的 n 次婚姻留下来的所有归你们抚养的孩子都要填写, 不归你们抚养的孩子不要填写.

如果你结婚了，只有你的配偶和孩子算是你的family member(s)，父母的信息是不写在这里的！在表格的说明部分有对于“family member”的定义，你可以给CIC打电话确认的～
