问一个关于care card的问题？

留学生从别的省到曼省，医疗保险要从学校买还是从省里买？大概多少钱？

曼省留学生的保险，好像只有UM是跟着学费一起交。其他学校要分开交。可以到下面的网站去看看

I used to pay $36 for the care card in vancouver no matter you are Canadian citizen or not, but in Winnipeg you get basic medical plan from the government for FREE!!! ( if you are a tax payer)
